Satori is a boutique marketing, advertising & design company based in Narre Warren, Victoria.

Satori's infrastructure is based around a small in house team of hands-on industry professionals who project manage each job utilising (when required) the retained services of regular freelances as well as subcontracting to preferred suppliers on an as needs basis.

This approach allows Satori to enjoy greater flexibility and lower overheads in the market place and the ability to offer cost effective solutions to clients.

Sharyn Lang - Account Director

Sharyn comes to Satori from a communications background with a focus on client services and has extensive experience in both WIN and MAC environments.

Sharyn is responsible for the management and administration of client accounts, organising as well as attending work in progress meetings, scheduling advertising/media within budget requirements and liaison with third party consultants.

Sharyn is involved in the allocation and management of job briefs to key members of the Satori team & her attention to detail, client deadline, and budget considerations serve her well in this role.

Brent Gazzaniga - Creative Director

Brent's career spans over three decades and to date, three continents. Primarily a copywriter Brent has held senior creative positions in many of the world's leading advertising agencies.

During this time he has acquired an interesting insight into how people tick and what it is that motivates them to buy.  Interestingly he discovered early on that only a few basic communication principals apply no matter what product or brand is being presented. Whilst many copywriters focus on the product and therefore the presentation of its primary attributes Brent prefers to direct more attention towards the prospective purchaser, their needs, their desires and above all their lifestyle demands.

Consequently over the years he has developed an intriguing method for mind mapping the target audience and applying this information directly to the production of sound marketing solutions that will convey your message in the most appropriate style and manner. Importantly, the information of this kind provides all custodians of your brand with the how, the when, and the where that marketing message can be most effectively delivered.

The results for Satori have proven time and again that the extra effort Brent spends researching the audience before applying any product attributes to the mix can in fact identify the most appropriate strategies for the campaign.

Nicolas De Tempora - Writer & Art Director

Nicolas is a writer & art director for all media.

His creative and strategic objective is always persuasive communication that speaks volumes in few words.

Nicolas has spent 20 years working with big advertising agencies (JWT Worldwide, DDB and Saatchi & Saatchi) with a few creative awards along the way.

His clients in this role have included: BMW, ANZ Bank, Nike, HBA Insurance, Channel 9, Dunlop Olympic, Angus & Robertson Books, Icom, Yamaha Music, Andersons Furniture …

As Creative Director of a small agency (The Di Tempora Group), Nicolas has also worked with: Discurio, Crowded House Design, Repco, Royal Doultan, Pureharvest, Adriatic Furniture, Australian Conservation Foundation …

Adam Stratiotis - Art Director

Adam is a proactive, innovative and conscientious Art Director with impressive results in exceeding targets and leadership roles for 6 years. He works to the highest professional standards and thrives when working as part of a cohesive team to deliver projects that yield multiple business benefits.

Adam is adept in corporate branding, publications, billboard advertising, illustration, packaging and exhibition design, as well as extensive knowledge in offset and digital printing.

He has an excellent ability to communicate at all levels with experience in managing and developing junior staff while taking direction from senior management.

Adam portrays an extremely adaptable nature and a strong willingness to relish new challenges. He is highly enthusiastic with a dynamic approach and profound eye for detail. He believes that innovative design and thinking outside the square is the key, delivering perfect solutions to enhance your brand in the marketplace.

Jacqui Hilton - Media Consultant

With over ten years experience in the media industry, Jacqui Hilton has a wide range of expertise, both in media planning and buying as well as account management. Over this period, Jacqui has developed extensive relationships with many media industry contacts, enhancing the service provided to clients.

Jacqui has specialised in account management in both television and radio, giving her in-depth knowledge of the sales arena, in particular these two main media. Jacqui has also worked extensively with local media marketing, developing knowledge of various methods of reaching a specific district or community area.

Andy Garard - Director of Training & Development

With a career background in management, logistics and trouble shooting, Andy brings a considerable range of skills to Satori.

Andy is a hands-on Design Director with active input, contribution and experience in brand development, brochure design, signage, product packaging, web site development and design, and 3D design.

Andy manages a small design team consisting of both full time and freelance designers, illustrators, finished artists and Mac operators.

In addition to his general responsibilities Andy is currently developing a training department for Satori. Andy is both an Adobe Certified Instructor and an Adobe Certified Expert.

Paul Roberts - Web Development Manager

In addition to a level 1 CISCO network qualification Paul has a diploma in technology (computing) and has spent the past 5 years working extensively in the web industry. Working closely with the design team Paul’s key role is the development of dynamic, functional and secure back - end web components including data base architecture.

Cheryl Riley - Director

Cheryl has been working in the web industry for the last 8 years across a wide range of technologies for some well known clients such as Mercedes, Deloitte, News Digital Media and several well known web and advertising agencies.With formal qualifications in Multimedia Networks & IT as well as Advertising & Project Management, she brings a well rounded view of the Digital arena to our team. Cheryl's passion is in all things Web but in particular Flash and custom built web applications that assist with improving business processes.
