Personal information is information that identifies you.

In the course of our business Satori collects and holds personal information such as names, address, phone numbers, fax numbers URL's and e-mail addresses.

Satori is firmly committed to the responsible handling of personal information and to protecting an individual's right to privacy at all times.

We obtain personal information:

• Directly from you in person, by telephone, fax, e-mail or post
• From the Course Enquiry Form when you submit a booking request
• From the Contact Satori Form when you submit an enquiry or send us a message

The personal information is used:

• When we provide you with one or more of our professional services
• When we send you information promoting our services

Satori will not use your personal information for any other purpose without your written consent. However, for the purpose of providing our services to you we may need to disclose your personal information to:

• The venue for our off -site Courses/Workshops
• Any relevant Debt collection services
• Where Satori is specifically required by law

A request for a copy of the personal information we hold about you can be made by writing to us.
We do this to protect the confidentiality of your personal information.
